Hello Nelly, thank you for asking to HealthReplies.com.

Let me introduce myself, Dr. Rio will answer your question.

Fever is an increase in human body temperature> 37.5'C, fever usually indicates the presence of a disease or certain condition. Fever is usually accompanied by other complaints depending on the cause of the fever. Some possible diseases that occur to you include:

Acute diarrhea.
Thyfoid Fever.
Gastroenteritis.

Dysentery, etc.

To distinguish it can be seen by several methods, namely the number of diarrhea CHAPTER / day, accompanying CHAPTER such as blood / mucus, color, odor, nausea / vomiting, fever patterns, etc. Apart from the signs and symptoms, a direct examination by a doctor is needed to confirm some of the above diseases, if needed a supporting examination can be done. Responding to your question, at this time I advise you to come to a general practitioner at the clinic, or the nearest puskesmas, and avoid going to the hospital first because of the covid-19 pandemic, especially if the diarrhea is not so severe / <10 times per day / not accompanied by dehydration.

Right now what you can do is:

Prevent dehydration from you, with a lot of water consumption.
Drink ORS every liquid BAB.
Get enough rest, and eat well.
Don't take medicine carelessly.
Avoid eating spicy, sour, alcoholic, or coffee because diarrhea can get worse.
Immediately to the doctor.

That's all my answer, thank you very much :)
