What Causes Brown Fluid From The Vagina Accompanied By Abdominal Pain?
Hello, recently I found a brown liquid with a little mucus and a little bloody smell and I have abdominal pain chest pain lack of appetite and frequent urination. 10 days or more ago my husband and I had sex but it wasn’t until penetration was just a swipe, the sperm that came out didn’t hit the vagina just about the stomach and groin. This week I should have my menstrual schedule I asked. 1. Is the fluid coming out is implantation fluid and am I pregnant? 2. If not, then what are my signs of menstruation? 3. Is this sign normal? Previously, thank you very much
Hello Lena, thanks for asking.
Fluid that comes out of the vagina can be caused by various conditions. In normal conditions when a woman ovulates or approaches menstruation, there is usually a change in reproductive hormones so that the discharge in the vagina increases. This liquid is usually clear, not too thick, odorless, not mixed with blood, and not accompanied by itching or pain.
Vaginal fluid can also be caused by conditions such as the presence of infection or vaginal irritation due to bacteria, fungi, or parasites. Usually the liquid that comes out is turbid white or can be greenish-yellow, smells fishy, accompanied by pain or itching, and sometimes accompanied by pain when urinating.
If in the near future you are scheduled for menstruation, then it is possible that vaginal fluid is a sign of hormonal changes before menstruation. Sometimes there is a change in hormonal balance from normal, so before menstruation occurs, there are mild spots. Regarding the possibility of pregnancy, if at the time of intercourse you are not using any birth control, there is still the possibility of pregnancy. You can try to make sure with a test pack. Choose a test pack with good quality and use according to the procedure.
Immediately consult a gynecologist if vaginal discharge increases, accompanied by unpleasant odors, mucus contains a lot of blood, or accompanied by pain.
So a little information from me, hopefully helped. Regards.
