What Causes Itching On The Feet?
I want to ask, I’m 26 years old, it’s been 2 weeks or more my legs are gatel2, if I scratch it, it doesn’t hurt but the spots are thick with the hair on the back of the skin which creeps up … What is it because of that? Thank you
Hello Leni, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Complaints like you feel can be caused by conditions such as:
Inflammation of the skin due to contact with an object / certain substance (contact dermatitis) Chronic skin disease (neurodermatitis) Allergy to the skin (eczema) Skin infection due to fungi (tinea) and others To find out the cause of your complaint, you should check with yourself to doctor. Furthermore, you may be asked to do some tests such as blood tests and skin tests to help determine the cause of your complaint, if you feel the need for further treatment, you may be consulted further to a dermatologist.
While this is at home, it is better if itching arises, avoid excessive scratching. If itching persists, it can be helped by applying calamine lotion to the itchy area to help reduce itching. It is not recommended to take itching medication or to use topical medication without a doctor's recommendation.
I hope this helps.
