What Causes Trypophobia?

is that trypophobia? I don’t know which one is right? Some say it’s a phobia and some say it’s a perforated skin disease?

Hello Gunadi, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com
Trypophobia is often associated with discomfort that arises when you see a hole-shaped arrangement that stimulates the body to cause goosebumps, fear, disgust, and so on (not a hollow skin disease). But until now trypophobia is not included in an official phobic condition / diagnosis for a physical or mental health disorder. Some studies state that this condition arises due to an association with an underlying fear, such as the appearance of a hole arrangement in certain animals / forming a picture of a particular animal such as caterpillars, snakes, frog skins, and so on.
