What Do You Mean By The Results Of Fetal Ultrasound Examination Problems Because The Location Of The Placenta Almost Fall?
I was about 8 weeks pregnant, I had just done an ultrasound yesterday. What made me confused was that the doctor in charge of me said that if my fetus had a problem, there was a sudden fall of fetus but the fetus was healthy and growing. Pdhl during pregnancy I have never experienced spots, or indications of weak content, it’s just that sometimes I am overly nauseous. What I want to ask is, what is meant by flasenta or ari want to fall / brp below?
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Basically "the placenta wants to fall" is not a medical term that is commonly used, but there are 2 diagnoses that might be intended by your obstetrician. First is placental abruption and second is placenta previa. However, for the sake, placental abruption occurs most often in the last trimester of pregnancy, while placenta previa is usually newly diagnosed in the second trimester of pregnancy. Both of these conditions will not be diagnosed in the first trimester of pregnancy.
You should try to make it clear to your obstetrician what he means by "the placenta wants to fall" and what you need to take care of or do during your pregnancy is related to the diagnosis. For now, try not to work too hard, including not lifting heavy objects and if you experience bleeding from your vagina or you feel severe abdominal pain or tetanic contractions in your lower abdomen (continuous contractions), immediately go to obstetrician for further evaluation.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
