The symptoms that you are experiencing may be caused by orthostatic hypotension. This only happens because when you stand up from a sitting or lying position, blood will drop down quickly (due to the effects of gravity), so blood flow to the brain will decrease (so you end up experiencing the symptoms above).


Sometimes orthostatic hypotension can occur due to other triggers, such as dehydration, anemia, rapid loss of blood in a long time, long immobilization (long lying in bed), side effects of certain drugs, certain heart disorders, thyroid hormone disorders, adrenal hormone disorders, diabetes, and others.


Some things you can do to prevent this from happening again:

Avoid standing and walking suddenly after you sit or lie down, try to sit first, stand up more slowly, stand holding, then walk when you are just lying down
If you feel dizzy when you stand up, immediately find a grip or immediately sit down and lower your head or position your head lower.
Drink enough every day (at least 2-3 liters a day)
Exercise regularly (at least 30 minutes a day)
Avoid alcohol consumption
Eat enough nutritious food every day
