Hello Yunita, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Read your complaints, your otitis media may have changed, where the infection is not acute but has turned chronic or may have been accompanied by complications that can occur due to this disease such as cholesteatoma formation, inner ear infection, or mastoiditis (bone inflammation mastoid).
Because your complaints are still being felt and the action has improved, it is highly recommended that you check yourself further with an ENT specialist and do routine maintenance with that specialist, to monitor how your disease progresses, whether there has been improvement or not.
In addition to following the medical advice given by your doctor, it is also advisable to maintain the cleanliness of your ears such as preventing the entry of water into the ear or digging the ear with any object. If you experience a cold and cough, seek medical attention immediately to get treatment to prevent recurring complaints on your ears. For now, if there are drugs that are prescribed by your doctor, use them first until further recommendations from your ENT doctor.
I hope this helps.
