What Is The Cure For Acne Scars?
What are the causes of acne on the cheeks, and what hormones are they?
Hello Mr. Khohar
Acne is a skin problem characterized by the appearance of spots on several parts of the body, such as the face, neck, back, and chest. Most cases of acne occur in people under the age of 28. Especially for teenagers, they are very susceptible to acne at the age of 14-19 years. These spots can range from mild, such as blackheads and whiteheads, to severe, pus-filled spots and cysts.
The causes of acne vary from hormonal changes, stress, puberty, cosmetic side effects, irritation, side effects of drugs and heredity. What is meant by hormonal are hormonal changes that affect the oil or sebum-producing glands that are located close to the hair follicles on the skin. Increased activity of these glands causes sebum production on the face to also increase. So this accumulation of sebum will later combine with dirt and dead skin cells, then clog the pores. These hormonal changes can be seen during puberty, menstruation, pregnancy, and polycystic ovary disease.
To prevent acne, treat and clean your face 2 times a day with facial cleansing soap, don't often touch your face and squeeze pimples, use sunscreen. If acne does not improve, consult a doctor for further treatment.
