What Is The Cure For Gonorrea?
Good night . I had this disease 2 years ago. But I treat it with the antibiotic azytromycyn. Is this drug still effective for me to use again? I now have gonorrhea (gonorrea) again. But I only took ciprofoxaxin. Please hint. Thank you before .
Good afternoon, Rivo.
Gonorrhea or gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted disease caused by the bacteria Neisseria gonorrheae. The most common symptom of gonorrhea is a thick yellow, pus-like discharge from the penis or from the vagina. Gonorrhea can cause inflammation of the urinary tract in men, which is known as urethritis. Apart from gonorrhea, urethritis can also be caused by other germs, but the symptoms are almost the same as urethritis caused by gonorrhea. Urethritis caused by bacteria other than gonorrhea is referred to as non-gonorrhea urethritis. Both gonorrhea urethritis and non-gonorrhea urethritis have different treatments. Therefore, doctors usually give 2 types of treatment to patients who have urethritis, which can be one antibiotic injection and one antibiotic tablet, as well as two different types of antibiotics.
We recommend that you check with your doctor first, to determine whether the disease you are currently experiencing is indeed gonorrhea or other diseases. After examining you, the doctor will provide treatment according to your diagnosis. Regarding whether the drugs you mentioned above can be used again / not for your current disease, it is entirely the right of the doctor who examined you directly to answer. We, the HealthReplies.com team, are not allowed to mention drugs that you can take because we do not examine you directly.
Hope you can understand.
Greetings, dr. Denisa
