What Is The Effect Of Having Difficulty Getting Pregnant After A Cesarean Delivery?
Does it have any effect on having difficulty getting pregnant if my first child gives birth by cesarean section, even though I know when my fertile period is, and I start taking folic acid with my husband? help answer
Hello Mr. Lilly
In general, after a cesarean section, you can get pregnant again in a span of more than 6 months. however, it is preferable if the pregnancy is planned within 12-24 months. SC surgery has no effect on the pregnancy process. unless there have been complications related to a previous pregnancy, for example a uterine tumor or infection of the reproductive tract. In addition, it could be the effect of previous contraception (if you used hormonal contraception before).
If you are planning a pregnancy, it is very good to start taking folic acid which will play a role in fetal development. You have to be patient to have children. Even though you know the fertile period but if there is no meeting between the sperm and ovum, pregnancy will not occur.
Some things that can be done are having sex regularly (3 times a week) without contraception, don't have sex too often because it will affect sperm quality, maintain a healthy diet and start living. If you still can't get pregnant, consult an obstetrician to check your and your husband's condition.
Hopefully useful, thank you
