Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
The appearance of patches on the skin is blackish, with white powders, but it does not feel itchy actually not always caused by a fungal skin infection. These complaints can also arise due to other causes, such as seborrheic dermatitis, impetigo, phototoxic or photoallergic reactions, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, leprosy, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, lichen planus, atopic dermatitis, melanoma, and so on. The diagnosis of the cause of this complaint can only be made through a direct physical examination by a doctor.
Mostly, the condition as you experience it is not caused by something dangerous. However, if you feel your complaint continues to spread and disturb, you should not let it drag on. Visit your doctor or skin specialist directly to determine the best treatment. Some types of tests, such as allergy tests, skin biopsies, etc. may be done by a doctor if deemed necessary.
In the meantime, you should focus on keeping your skin clean, including bathing regularly and changing your clothes regularly. Avoid exchanging clothes, towels, or other personal items with others to minimize the risk of transmission. Always use a moisturizer and sunblock before activating to minimize excessive UV exposure. Do not forget, avoid forceful exhaling or provide careless handling of the skin that has complaints without direct advice from a doctor.
Hope this helps ...
