Difficulty defecating followed by diarrhea, high fever (up to chills) and dizziness may indicate an infection. There are several types of infections that can cause these various complaints, including:
Enteric fever (including typhus)
This infection is mainly caused by Salmonella typhi and Salmonella paratyphi bacteria. A person infected with these bacteria is usually due to consuming food or drink contaminated with the feces of other enteric fever sufferers. The habit of not washing hands, snacking carelessly, not covering food, or cooking near toilets can increase the risk of this disease. In addition to fever, bowel disorders, weakness, and dizziness, people with enterica fever may also experience skin rashes, muscle and joint pain, and various other complaints.
This infection is caused by the Hepatitis A virus. Like enteric fever, this disease is transmitted through the fecal-oral route, which is due to consuming food or drink contaminated with the patient's feces. In addition to fever, bowel disorders, dizziness, and weakness, people with hepatitis A can experience jaundice (yellowing of the eyes and skin), concentrated urine such as tea, nausea, vomiting, enlarged liver, and various other complaints.
Dengue fever (dengue fever)
Meningitis (infection of the lining of the brain and spinal cord)
ARI (acute respiratory infection)
Gastroenteritis (intestinal infection)
Urinary tract infection, and so on
It could also be that your complaint occurs due to causes other than infection, such as food poisoning, side effects of drug consumption, alcoholism, and so on.
When you look at the information you convey, your condition seems to really bother you even in light activities. Therefore, it is important for you to see a doctor right away. Doctors generally will give you some initial treatment to relieve symptoms. However, if the complaint does not improve until the third day, it is possible that blood tests, stool examinations, or other supporting tests will be performed.
In the meantime, try the following tips:
Take paracetamol first so that the fever will subside
Sleep early, don't stay up late
Get in the habit of consuming only cleanly processed food
Do not snack carelessly, make it a habit to wash your hands with antiseptic soap
Drink 2 to 2.5 liters of water per day
Eat regularly, don't be late
Stay away from stress
Hope it helps ..
