Hi, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com

Poisoning is an emergency condition that requires immediate treatment in the emergency room (ER). Poisoning can occur intentionally or unintentionally. Most cases, poisoning occurs through the mouth, drink or drink. But it can also occur due to inhalation or exposure to the skin or by injection. The most common substances that cause poisoning are insect repellent, medicine, detergent or soap. Anti-insect poisoning, as you experience, is a type of organophosphate poisoning.
The first aid that can be done is:
1. Spit poisonous substances if they are still in the mouth.
2. Clean the mouth of the remaining toxic substances with a cloth.
3. Take off clothes that have been poisoned.
4. Wash the skin that is still poisonous.
5. Don't vomit.
6. If conscious remain in a sitting or lying position facing left, with the left hand straightened and right hand supporting the lower head and left leg straightened and the right leg bent over the left leg. This position is called the recovery position. If not aware, position it like this recovery position.
7. Immediately bring it to the nearest emergency room.
8. In the ER, immediate treatment will be done, by inserting an IV tube, then inserting the atropine sulfate drug by injection through the infusion route until the sign of poisoning disappears.
9. If there is cardiac arrest, the doctor will help with cardiac pulmonary resuscitation through cardiac massage and breathing assistance.

The signs of poisoning are, nausea, vomiting, increased saliva production, dizziness, diarrhea, skin rashes, shortness of breath, palpitations and others. Handling is done until these signs become absent.
Thus hopefully useful.
