The causes are various, including trauma when picking your nose like picking your nose, trauma due to collision with other blunt objects, sneezing too loudly, air temperature tends to dry, infection, the influence of drugs, blood clotting disorders, to cancer.
Inside the nose, there is a collection of blood vessels called the Kiesselbach plexus which is easily brittle when exposed to minor trauma. If broken, will cause anterior nosebleeds / front which is quite easy handling. Whereas if a nosebleeds occur in the nose / posterior nose, it generally occurs due to a certain disease such as high blood pressure, cancer, and abnormalities in the other inner nose. Treatment requires more serious management.
If nosebleeds occur in the front of the nose, first aid is to try to press both nostrils for about 10-15 minutes, with the body upright or leaning forward. Give a cold compress around the nose. If it's still bleeding, repress it. Do not hesitate to consult the nearest doctor to get treatment if the nosebleeds do not stop.
