My last period was on 5 August 2018 but at 27 September I haven’t had my period yet. tp at 26 sep u0026amp; 27 September at 6.00 WIB, I experience brownish spots u0026gt; then I decided to do a test pack 2x u0026amp; the result thank god is positive. this is my first pregnancy. then I planned to see the doctor at 10.00 WIB. while waiting for me to lie down but when I woke up I had more spots like reddish menstrual blood. Long story short, I was able to meet the doctor at 15.30 WIB so I was interrupted waiting for me to experience very severe contractions, from menstrual pain to cold sweat. But when I was on ultrasound, according to the doctor’s diagnosis, I was positive for 5 weeks pregnant u0026amp; I just saw the pregnancy sac but there was a threat of miscarriage (ab imminent) so I was given a fetal booster which had to be taken afterwards but after that I came out reddish white tissue. What is a sign of a miscarriage? / Can the fetus be preserved? mhn the instructions, thank you.
Hello mom! Thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Imminent abortion is a threat of miscarriage that occurs at less than 20 weeks of gestation. The fetus in this condition has a very high risk of dying, but the fetus is still alive and can still be preserved. Pregnant women with imminent abortion should rest completely (bed rest). Mother's activities must be minimized very much, even to the toilet. The doctor will also usually provide a confinement booster. Even after taking the drug, keep in mind that the risk of dying of the fetus remains high. It is not certain whether the reddish white tissue is the fetus that the mother is carrying. It is better if you come back to the obstetrician who examined you beforehand. The doctor will perform a direct examination and ultrasound examination to see if the fetus is still in the gestational sac. The doctor will determine the action that should be done after carrying out the examination. If the fetus is still there, it is better for you to completely rest completely, both in the hospital (inpatient) and at home. For food and other necessities, ask someone at home who can take care of you. You can also use the potty or adult diaper so you don't have to go to the toilet. Also avoid excessive psychological stress.
So much information from me. I hope this helps.
