White spots appear on my breasts, right on the nipples, when I take a shower and I wipe with soap it stays like that, I routinely clean it every time I take a shower. But not lost. Then I squeezed it and it came out like a kind of white blackhead, but it didn’t smell, it was like we squeezed a pimple and it came out white like rice. Is it dangerous or not?
