White Spots Clot On The Inside Of The Eye?
At night I Halimah, 24, has had eye problems since high school but only wore glasses 3 years ago. I just found out in my eyes that there is white lump like pus if I use it for a long time to see the lights or things of my eyes are red … As well as poignant nuts, the heat that felt in my eyes when I was in Malaysia I once went to the clinic but the doctor said there was no problem … but until now it still hurts, the heart’s burning heat … May I know why if it hurts what is the solution r n r nThank you
Good evening, thanks for the question
Pingueculae is a benign growth of tissue in the kungjungiva, which can be in the form of small lumps to form a yellowish-white triangle. Symptoms can be accompanied by dry eyes, itchy, looks red, and feels lumpy. However, this condition will not cause a sharp decrease in vision.
Pingueculae originate from tissue in the conjunctiva that changes, thus forming small lumps or spots. In a pinguecula lump or spot, there is fat, calcium, or both.
These conditions usually do not require special treatment, especially in patients who do not complain about symptoms that are quite severe other than the lump. The doctor may be able to prescribe eye ointments or eye drops to reduce redness in the eyes.
But in cases that cause complications, the situation may require operative action. For example in conditions:
Lumps that extend to the cornea, which reduces the quality of vision. Causes discomfort. Causes redness of the eyes that occurs repeatedly despite treatment. Surgical measures in this condition do not cause close complications, although the possibility of pinguecular return still exists.
To prevent growth from becoming heavier, use sunglasses when active in direct sunlight. The sunglasses in question must have protection against UVA and UVB rays. Then prevent dryness in the eyes by using artificial eye drops.
So, hopefully this information can be useful
