White Spots On Left Hand And Itchy?
in the afternoon, it’s been almost a month I have white “spots” on my left hand, at first it was only on the thumb of the left hand and felt itchy, but the itching will disappear when the skin above the surface of the spots is cut, I’ve asked the doctor and given benoson-n but just dried it after that the spots came back and now they also appear all over the left palm, guess how do you stop them from appearing again? and why? thanks.
Hello, thank you for your question
the condition you are experiencing may be caused by several conditions. From the description presented, one of the possible causes is dyshidrotic eczema (dyshidrosis). This condition is most often characterized by the presence of small nodules (can also be filled with fluid) that feel itchy, generally on the palms or fingers.
Other possibilities are contact dermatitis and viral infections.
There are things you can do, such as applying moisturizer to your hands to reduce itching and applying a stronger corticosteroid ointment than the one you were previously using. If necessary, anti-itch or oral corticosteroids may be considered.
Visit a doctor for further treatment regarding this condition.
That's all I can say, hopefully useful.
