White Tongue Like Something Stuck In The Throat.?
Good morning … I want to ask a white tongue and like something stuck in my throat. I wonder what is the cause
Good evening, thanks for the question
Leukoplakia is a thick white plaque on the tongue and the edge of the mouth. Causes of leukoplakia include smoking, oral mucosal trauma, uneven tooth surface, inflammatory diseases, or alcohol consumption. Another symptom of a disease similar to the condition of leukoplakia is a fungal infection in the mouth called oral thrush. An oral yeast infection or so-called oral thrush can usually bleed. The exact diagnosis of leukoplakia is based on a doctor's oral examination.
Mild leukoplakia usually does not require special measures and can heal spontaneously. Avoid factors that might be causes such as smoking and alcohol consumption. To prevent repeated conditions, consume fresh fruits and vegetables that contain high antioxidants. Antioxidants act as anti-irritants that cause leukoplakia.
But you should be wary if the symptoms of leukoplakia are suspected due to a serious illness (plaque appears irregular, bleed easily), then an examination is needed to rule out the possibility of oral cancer or HIV infection.
While the symptoms that are accompanied by sore throat are usually caused by a viral infection in the upper respiratory tract. Because it is self limiting disease, the treatment is done by increasing the body's immunity. Take care of health conditions, especially in conditions of climate change by consuming nutritious food, getting enough rest, consuming water and immune system supplements, and exercising regularly.
That's all, hope you can help
