Why After Menstruation After A Week Feels Symptoms Like PMS?
Hello, I’m Bella, 23, and I just got married late last October. I want to ask that my HPHT was 18 November yesterday, and it was finished 23 November yesterday. Then a week later I felt symptoms such as PMS lower abdomen cramps, the pain, back aching. I had a testpack 30 November yesterday and the results are still negative. Is that a sign of PMS going to the next menstruation or a sign of pregnancy? Thanks
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Basically, if you just menstruate on November 18 and you feel the symptoms of your PMS in the range of November 30, chances are that you feel is not a sign of pregnancy. Pregnancy can only occur if you have sexual intercourse in the range of your fertile period (if your menstruation is regular and occurs every 28 days, it means that your ovulation is in the range of December 2, and your fertile period is in the range of November 29 to December 3). Sexual intercourse carried out before the fertile period is unlikely to result in pregnancy (unless your menstrual period is short, for example, happens every 21 days). The test pack that you did on November 30th will definitely be negative. If you suspect pregnancy (you have sexual intercourse in the range of your fertile period in late November or early December), you can do a test pack when you experience menstrual delays this December. Here are the articles that you can read about how to check for pregnancy using a test pack.
Symptoms such as PMS that you feel can occur due to various possibilities, for example the symptoms of ovulation, or may not be related to the menstrual cycle at all, for example you have a viral infection in the respiratory tract, urinary tract infections, gastrointestinal infections, and so on, which can give prodromal symptoms as you feel. If these symptoms are not too disturbing, you should not worry about these symptoms too much.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
