Why After Playing With The Cellphone, The Left Ear Hurts, Is It Dangerous?
I want to ask when I finished playing with the cellphone to the left of my ear. Does it hurt KH is that dangerous? Does laying off while playing a cellphone can ease the pain in my left ear?
Hello, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com
Complaints of ear pain can occur in many diseases of the ear, including:
1. External otitis, which is inflammation of the outer ear canal. Usually caused by the habit of digging the ears and using the handsfree too long and too deep.
2. Myringitis, which is inflammation of the eardrum. Often caused by bacterial infections from middle ear infections.
3. Otitis media, which is inflammation of the middle ear. Because it is not patented (blocked) the channel between the middle ear and the oral cavity that often occurs when coughing colds. This condition causes an active inflammatory response by inflammatory cells in the middle ear.
If your complaint is mild, you can take over-the-counter painkillers such as paracetamol. Then stop picking your ears and use handsfree for a while. Also, try repeatedly swallowing to open the channel between the ear and the oral cavity. If it feels comfortable, routinely move it.
If the pain does not feel better after the tips above and even more disturbing, immediately consult an ENT doctor. The doctor will conduct a medical question and answer, a physical examination using an otoscope and supporting examinations if needed. For further treatment will be done based on the cause.
Thus hopefully useful.
