Why Can Raw Water Be Contacted By Ants?
Assalamu ‘alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh, I use raw water for drinking, cooking rice and cooking vegetables with RO water with TDS below 20 (I filter myself with 100 GPD membrane with various water filters, including water filters made from stone, without any addition of other chemicals and water sources from the wellbore that I use for bathing, washing, etc.), my question is when I put the water in a glass and I network with mineral water (glass) products of various brands (there are 5 cups 4 glasses 4 products in the market 1 glass bath water, for this one the average TDS 120 except for the tub water bath TDS below 100) why do the water that I use for drinking, cooking etc entered ants while the other glass of water does not, whether the water I use for drinking, cooking rice, cooked vegetables are healthy for consumption, in response to the doctor we say thank you.
TDS / total dissolved solid is a dissolved solid in the form of inorganic salt and other organic content in water. Generally TDS less than 300 is good enough for drinking water. But until now there has not been much scientific data on the effect of TDS on certain health conditions.
As for the water surrounded by ants, this cannot be a benchmark as to whether the water is suitable for drinking or not.
For your own drinking water, you can consume bottled water without boiling it. If you consume ground water or water from a drinking water supply company, it would be better to keep boiling the water until it boils and then cools it down.
Hope it helps you,
