Why Do The Intimate Organs Of Children Aged 11 Years Secrete A White, Unfiltered Discharge?
Hello, I am kls 6 sd I want to ask why in my intimate area I secrete odorless white mucus? Even though I haven’t had my period
Hello, good morning Nazwa.
It is normal to have white mucus before menstruation. About 6 months to 1 year before a teenage girl has her first period (also known as menarche), the body starts producing vaginal fluid. This happens because of the hormonal changes they are experiencing. The discharge will vary for each teenager, can be thin or thick and sticky mucus, can be clear or white. The amount also varies. As long as the vaginal discharge that Nazwa experiences does not change color (becomes yellowish / greenish), odorless, does not itch, and the amount is still within reasonable limits (it does not make Nazwa have to change clothes more often), then the things that Nazwa experience are still normal, and natural. However, if the fluid has changed color, smells, is a lot, especially accompanied by complaints of pain when urinating (BAK) and feels itchy, then Nazwa should immediately see a doctor, because this can indicate an infection in the vagina.
Meanwhile, keep your genital area clean. Avoid using soap in the genital area and using pantyliners. Also remember to always keep your body clean and change your underwear at least 2 times a day. Avoid wearing underwear that is too tight and doesn't absorb sweat. Make sure that the genital area is always dry and not damp.
Hope it helps ..
Greetings, dr. Denisa
