Why Does The Faeces Form Flat?
Morning, Doc why did my stool form flat? So when I pooped the stool that came out first it was normal, but after a while it came out how come it became rather flat? I had no other symptoms such as fever, weight loss, and no appetite. everything is normal, I guess my shape is flat. What is the cause? Thank you, Doctor.
Thank you for the question.
Normally, adults will defecate (defecate) no more than 3 times a day, but no less than 2 times a week. The consistency of normal faeces can vary between dense to soft. The color of the stool is normally varied, ranging from brown to yellow to dark brown.
In absolute terms, there is no standard as to what form the stool is considered normal. Therefore, even your flat form of stool does not specifically refer to the symptoms of certain diseases. Provided that you do not experience other complaints, such as CHAPTER too often or rarely, the color and consistency of abnormal stools, mucus or bleeding stools, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, bloating, weight loss dramatically, a lump in the stomach, fever, and so on, it seems that there is no need to worry about this form of feces.
Indeed, it can be more flat stool due to a mass that obstructs part of the digestive tract, thus suppressing the stool. This mass can come from the gastrointestinal tract itself (for example due to inflammation, polyps, cancer, hemorrhoids), or it can also come from outside the gastrointestinal tract but causes suppression to the gastrointestinal tract (eg myoma, urinary retention, pregnancy). However, if this condition indeed causes your complaint, surely this complaint will not appear alone, but also accompanied by other complaints that are more disturbing.
That's all our explanation. If you are still in doubt, do not hesitate to check yourself directly to the doctor or internist.
I hope this helps.
