1 Answer:

Hello
Thank you for using the HealthReplies.com consulting service
We understand your complaints and concerns. Head that feels heavy or headache is a complaint that is often experienced by many people. Headache can be caused by the following causes:

Migraine: throbbing headache. Can be affected by stress, fatigue, food, and hormonal conditions in women. Some patients are accompanied by complaints of nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light / photophobia, weakness etc.

Tension type headache (TTH): normal headache, like being bound but the intensity is not too severe

Cluster type headache: quite severe headache, can be accompanied by red eyes.

Anemia: decreased blood hemoglobin levels can cause headaches. Women are prone to anemia, especially for those who are still menstruating every month.

Related to your complaint, if you have done a check up with a neurologist and are declared normal on a nerve examination, then the suspected disorder you are experiencing is due to migraine or TTH type headaches. This condition is generally not a dangerous / severe condition. You only need to get rid of the causes and reduce complaints with pain medications and rest.
Besides the condition of dehydration, fatigue and lack of sleep can also trigger headaches that you feel. Activities that you usually do such as staring at a computer screen or cellphone for too long can also trigger complaints that you feel.
Here are some things you can do at home to reduce complaints and prevent complaints from reappearing:

Get enough rest

Avoid fatigue and stress

Avoid foods or other causes that can trigger your headaches

Eat nutritious and balanced food

Increase consumption of red meat and chicken liver to meet iron needs

Avoiding staying up too often

Avoid caffeine consumption

Take vitamin and iron supplements every day

Avoid spicy, sour, coconut milk, high in fat and salt. Increase the consumption of vegetables and fruit

Inadequate need for water so as not to dehydrate, at least 2 liters a day

Regular exercise

Take pain relievers like paracetamol or ibuprofen

Beware if the headache is felt very severe, lasts for months to months and is accompanied by impaired vision, hearing, and weakness of the side of the body, then you should immediately consult your nearest doctor. So much information that I can convey, hopefully it helps
