Why Reddish Pink Feet?
I’m sorry I want to ask. I’m now starting a healthy lifestyle. I eat vegetables away from the sweet and oily ones. And I also exercise min 20 minutes a day. Now the question is why now my feet are reddish pink? Is there any influence from what I’m doing above? Please help. Thank you 😊
Thank you for the question.
The reddish pink on the soles of the feet is often reasonable due to the appearance of superficial blood vessels in the area. Often, these blood vessels do appear clearer, for example when you are doing a lot of activity (including exercising), when you stay in a hot environment, when you are finished eating, and other conditions that make your metabolism increase.
Your actions to change your lifestyle to be healthier certainly good for you, so it should be continued, yes. As long as there are no other complaints that you experience, such as itchy feet, pain, excessive sweating, fever, easy bruising, recurrent nosebleeds, gums bleeding, injury, and so on, most likely your complaint is not dangerous.
You need to be vigilant if the condition of your reddish pink feet appears accompanied by other complaints as we have mentioned before. If this is the case, then you can check yourself directly to the doctor so that further evaluation and treatment according to the underlying cause. It could be, the redness of the soles of your feet indicates a skin infection, inflammation of the blood vessels, bleeding disorders, and other medical disorders that require further management from the doctor.
Hope this helps ...
