Why When It’s Over Fear It Feels Like Wanting To Cry?
I want to ask, when I was finished being scared until I was so scared it felt like crying, why is that?
Excessive fear in certain things can be called phobias, this fear can arise due to anxiety which can make the experienced person feel depressed, panic so that it can interfere with daily activities. Fear can also cause a variety of responses in a person such as dizziness, nausea, headaches, shortness of breath, chest tightness and pain, body trembling and sweating, crying constantly, ringing ears, feeling confused and others.
The cause of phobia itself varies where several factors can be a trigger such as trauma of an event such as having a bad experience with something, changes in brain function, environmental or genetic factors. If anxiety or fear is felt to interfere, then professional treatment is needed, one of which can ask for help or consult a doctor or a psychiatrist to diagnose the condition.
Later, the handling of phobias themselves can be done starting from counseling, psychotherapy, or administering drugs to overcome the anxiety that arises. In addition, several other therapies can also be done to eliminate fear, one of which is by exposure to the causes of fear to make sufferers able to control themselves and be able to overcome their fear and anxiety.
