Typhus is an infection caused by salomella typhi bacteria. Typhus is transmitted through contaminated food. Typhus can cause symptoms such as fever that can last up to 7 days, fever especially at night, nausea, headaches, can be accompanied by indigestion.
Widal is a supplementary examination that can help to diagnose typhus. What titer do you mean? There are various titers on widal examination.
Is what you write a reference to widal examination?
If your child has a 1/320 widal titer then your child may be typhus positive (depending on what titer). In addition to determining whether or not typhus, the doctor must conduct a physical examination directly on your child, and the doctor must see for yourself the supporting examination that your child is doing. To determine whether or not to be admitted, it cannot be determined solely based on widal results. To determine whether or not to stay in hospital depends on the general condition and hemodynamics of your child.
Therefore, you should ask directly or check your child directly to the doctor, so that the doctor can examine directly and provide appropriate treatment.
