Your Fingers Are Often Stiff After You Move?
I recently often experience stiff fingers after holding my cellphone / riding a motorcycle, what could be the cause? And what is the estimated disease?
Hello, thanks for asking.
Human muscles and joints are always used for activities at any time, especially the muscles and joints of the fingers and toes. Sometimes found stiffness or weakness, numbness or tingling in some muscles. Some possible conditions that you experience are:
Overuse of muscles and joints resulting in micro injury. Often a person is not aware of excessive use of muscles due to actions or daily activities. Even mild activity can cause overuse if repeated over a long period of time.
Injury or tear in the ligament or tendon of the muscle.
Inflammation in the joints.
Nerve disorders that supply the muscles of the fingers.
Limit the use of gadgets for things that really matter and try to stretch your fingers before and after driving. Warm compresses if stiffness does not decrease or is accompanied by numbness. You should consult a doctor if your hands are found to be stiff, heavy, significant pain, swelling and redness, or a broad numbness.
Thus our brief review, hopefully you are helped. Regards.
